Quick answer
Written Instructional Materials (WIM) are the teaching and assessment materials a JPK-accredited centre uses to deliver a NOSS programme. Our Level 3 WIM package develops 11 components — from information, assignment and work sheets to the instructor guide, lesson and assessment plans, assessment instruments and marking guides — based on the relevant NOSS competency units and JPK's latest guidelines using Competency-Based Training (CBT) methodology.

Overview
Every NOSS programme is taught from Written Instructional Materials. JPK expects them to follow the programme's competency units exactly, and it reviews them during programme accreditation and audits.
Level 3 WIM supports supervisory-level programmes, where assessment instruments and marking guides carry more weight. The materials must work together: information and work sheets for learners, an instructor guide and lesson plan for trainers, and assessment plans with instruments and marking guides to measure competence.
Materials copied from other programmes are a frequent audit finding. We develop the WIM from the relevant NOSS competency units under current JPK guidelines, so it is ready to use for accreditation, teaching and assessment.
