Quick answer

TM002 is the JPK registration of TVET trainers. A trainer's qualifications and industry experience are verified and registered through the JPK / MySPIKE system, which training centres need to meet JPK's trainer competency requirements. We assess eligibility, verify and compile the supporting documents, submit through MySPIKE and follow up with JPK until registration is complete.

Overview

A JPK-accredited programme is only as credible as the people teaching it. TM002 is how JPK records that a trainer meets the requirements to deliver TVET training.

Registration checks two things: the trainer's qualifications and their relevant industry experience. It is submitted through the JPK / MySPIKE system, and the resulting registration is what centres rely on when JPK reviews their trainer competency.

Applications are usually slowed by evidence: experience that is claimed but not documented, or qualifications that do not match the occupational area. We verify and organise the evidence before submission.
