Overview

Being good at a job is not the same as being able to teach it. The NCS Train the Trainer programme gives experienced practitioners the method to transfer their skills systematically.

Built on National Competency Standard NCS-004:2017 and recognised by JPK, it covers the full training cycle: identifying training requirements, designing programmes, conducting competency-based training and evaluating whether it worked.

It suits both TVET centres, which need competent trainers, and companies that run in-house training. We manage the registration and coordination so participants focus on the course.
