Case Study · PCB & Semiconductor Equipment
JINSIN TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. — the 100% foreign-owned Malaysian arm of PCB inkjet-printing equipment group Jinxin Technology — partnered with ONEKEY BIZ to register a foreign-owned company, secure an office, and obtain its MPK business licence.
JINSIN TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. (Company No. 202501029019 / 1630431-D) is the 100% foreign-owned Malaysian entity of JINSIN TECHNOLOGY (HONGKONG) CO., LIMITED, part of the Jinxin Technology (劲鑫科技) group.
The group's operating company, Shenzhen Jinxin Technology (founded 2017), is a national high-tech enterprise specialising in pan-semiconductor equipment — pioneering 3D digital inkjet printing for PCB, including solder-mask and character-printing machines. It holds 157+ patents, serves customers across automotive, consumer, photovoltaic, security and medical electronics, and runs research partnerships with leading universities.
With customers and projects reaching into Malaysia, the group needed a compliant local entity and a physical base to support them. That is where ONEKEY BIZ came in.

We incorporated JINSIN TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. as a wholly foreign-owned Sdn Bhd — full SSM registration with corporate secretary in place from day one.
We sourced a suitable shop-lot office, negotiated and drafted the tenancy agreement, and secured the premises in Lunas, Kedah — ready for the team to move in.
We prepared and lodged the application and obtained the business licence from Majlis Perbandaran Kulim (MPK) — the company is legally cleared to operate.

The Malaysian entity was set up to support imminent local projects and to keep customers' machines running — on the ground, long term.
Intended project contracts are about to begin in Malaysia — a registered local entity is needed to sign, invoice and deliver compliantly.
Customers in Malaysia have bought Jinxin's machines. The group needed to station technicians locally for long-term maintenance and after-sales service.
A Malaysian base puts Jinxin close to its Southeast Asian electronics customers — faster response, lower cost, and room to grow across ASEAN.
