The business is run by HEAL OASIS SDN. BHD. (Company No. 202401021950 / 1567799-P). To open and operate legally, it needed its premises licensed by Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) for spa and beauty activities, plus a language-endorsed shopfront signboard.
